I just received this eyeliner the other day. And to my surprise not only did this so called product come without a brush to apply the eyeliner, but the whole bottle is as dry as the desert sands. Literally dried out. For anyone to sell junk and still hold their head high with integrity is classless. I definitely want a refund. Good luck ? to the next buyer. I’m aware all experiences aren’t bad ones and I’ve bought beautiful things from Amazon and some sellers and I repeatedly give them my business till this day but, never again with this one. Lesson learned!
